Known Count Summary Map Issues (and workarounds)

1. Google Maps doesn't show the count marker(s) the first time you log into the app. This seems to only affect Android devices and is intermittent. The work around is to tap on the Refresh Map button and the  count markers should show up.

2.  The location enabled counters update the counter location with the last updated location. If for some reason, the location services for the smartphone or tablet are not working properly, it may register  an inaccurate location or no location This could lead to the count marker not showing in the map. The workaround is for the user to periodically check the location of the marker to make sure the phone location services are accurately recording the location
