Q. What is CountUp?
A. CountUp is a connected tally counter. It enables multiple people to count anything together that you would use a manual tally counters for, but  CountUp saves all the data on the servers and can be used in real time for logistics, reporting and analytics.

Q. What devices does CountUp work on?
A. CountUp currently works on IOS( Iphone 4 and up, IPAD 2 and up) and Android(Phone and Tablet 3.0 and up). We are working on making it available on Windows 8.0.

Q.  Can I use CountUp without registering?
A. No, you need to register in order to use CountUp. 


Q. Can I use Facebook /Twitter etc to signup/login to CountUp?
A. Currently we offer Facebook login for CountUp. We will add Twitter and/or other login capabilities in the future if requested.

Q. Can I use CountUp to count offline?
A. Yes! You can use your existing counters when offline. You cannot create,delete or change any counter settings. Once you go online, the counters will automatically sync up with the servers and other counters. Depending on your connection, it can take up to a minute for the counters to sync.
While they are syncing, you may not see accurate total counts.

Q. Once I am ready to start a team, how do I invite users?
A. Go to the Team tab of the counter and Add User. You have option to search all users and if premium, you can also create groups and add users from there. You can also add an eventbrite event as a user.

Q.  What languages is CountUp available in?
A. Currently, CountUp is only available in English. We will add more languages based on need nad number of requests in the future.

Q. How do I delete/remove my account?
A. Currently, you cannot delete your account from the app. We are working on adding that functionality to app.countup.co. In the meantime, you can either just hide your profile(default setting) or email us at admin@countup.co and we will delete it for you.
